Classes

With the installation of a lift now completed the Keep Fit Centre is officially open and the following classes are available

Yoga 

every Wednesday 11.00am - 12.30pm  

 

EXTEND

gentle movement to music for the over 60s, every Thursday 10.30am-11.30am

 

    TaiChi 

    Thursday 11.45am - 12.45pm

     Friday 11.00am-12.00pm  

 


 


Computer Training

We are now running New CLAIT level 1 IT courses on Tuesday as well as our normal drop-in-sessions.  

This is a modular course and it is free.

Weekly Coffee Morning

Wednesdays 10am -12pm .  Only 25p including biscuits.  

 


Learn to play Bridge

A small group of people who meets Thursdays 2-4 in Prestonville Road.

You will learn and play the Modern Acol System.

Aims of the Poetry Workshop:

·      To learn how to write poetry and then share it with others.

·      To guide people to write about their life and thoughts through poetry.

·      To help everyone be in touch with their memories and imagination.

·      To explore all types of poetry including the variety of topics and the range of language used in poems. Many poems can be very funny!
