Talking to a Counsellor can help you to - express pent up feelings work through difficult or painful changes in your circumstances come to terms with realities that can't be changed find new ways to take control of your life and move on What you can expect from our Counselling Service We have a team of qualified volunteer counsellors who will work with you for up to 10 weekly sessions. Counselling can be in your own home or at Age Concern Brighton, Hove and Portslade. All sessions are confidential and counsellors work to standards set by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.
