given by clients is respected according to the organization's
confidentiality policy and guidelines. Clients should know that
any information that needs to be recorded will only be done
so with the consent of the client. This is in order to comply
with the Data Protection Act 1998. Clients retain ownership
of the information given and the right to access it at any (appropriate)
time. A confidential area can be made available for private
interview if an advisor and/or the client feels it appropriate
