Welcome to our services! If you think we are only for the very elderly, think again – we are for everyone over the age of 50. We are also for you if you support or care about someone over 50.
We aim to empower, celebrate and support your independence. We invite you to come and take a look at what we offer; whether it is seeking information, finding help, wanting to have more fun, or volunteer. Later life - lets’ make it a better life!

Computer Drop-in		Counselling
	Come in and learn how to use a computer! Help is on hand from volunteers who can usually offer one to one assistance.		Talk confidentially about situations or feelings with a trained counsellor. We have a team of qualified volunteer counsellors.

Crisis		Help at Home
	The Crisis Service can help with problems like sudden illness, bereavement, discharge from hospital or an accident.		The Help at Home Scheme provides a matching service between older people and self-employed home helps and gardeners.

Horizons		Information & Advice
	We aim to provide effective and empowering support to help people work towards their chosen goals.		We can offer general information & advice on a wide range of issues, for those over 50, their families and carers.

Insurance		Nail Cutting
	For insurance products designed especially for the over 50s, call us or just pop in!		Even people in good health sometimes find it difficult to cut their own toenails. We can help!
