Services provided by Information and Advice
We can offer general information & advice on a wide range of issues, including: welfare benefits, legal help, information and advice on care home issues, money matters, consumer and utility bill issues and many other areas. The service can also make referrals to other agencies and organisations for specialist help.
You can call and speak to an advisor on (01273) 720603 Monday-Friday 10.00am – 4.00pm or email us at IandA@ageconcern-bhp.org.uk. During busy periods, you can leave your details and an advisor will get back to you.
If you prefer to see someone face to face appointments can be arranged.
The Information and Advice Service at Age Concern Brighton Hove Portslade is situated at 29 – 31 Prestonville Road, Brighton (road by the launderette just off Seven Dials).
